Who will be the responsible party of the treatment of your data?
For what purpose do we treat your data?
In Fortuny Legal & Complia we treat the data that you have provided us in order to:
- a) Respond to the enquiry made through the Contact section on our website https://www.fortunylegal.com, apartado Contacto.
- b) Provide help from the pop-up tab "Need help?", where we answer your enquiries as soon as possible, through the telephone or email indicated.
- c) Register your email to receive the newsletter that we send periodically to our clients and collaborators.
How long will we keep your data?
Your data will be kept as long as it is necessary in order to respond to the request or enquiry made and will be kept the least time as legally possible (in case of budgets); for questions, your data will be destroyed after six months.
Regarding subscribers of the newsletter, after three months of the effective cancellation of the subscription, the data contained within the mail (dissociation) will be partially deleted for statistical controls.
What is the legitimacy for the treatment of your data?
The legal basis for the processing of your data is your consent given at the time you voluntarily write your information on the form and accept it in the corresponding box.
To which recipients will your data be communicated to?
The data of the forms will not be given to anyone, they are treated internally in Fortuny Legal.
The newsletter service is managed internally, no third company intervenes. There is also no transfer of data with third countries.
What are your rights when you provide us with your data?
Everyone has the right to know if Fortuny Legal handles or uses their data.
Those interested individuals have the right to access their personal data, as well as request the correction of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its suspension when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were delivered.
The opposition right procedure is equal to the suspension right procedure.
The portability and decision automation right procedures do not apply to the type of data provided as well as regarding their treatment.
The exercise of the aforementioned rights can be done through two channels:
- By postal mail, enclosing a copy of your ID or passport, addressed to FAD Legal Boutique, S.L.P. with address at Av. Francesc Macià 38, 12-5 08208 Sabadell.
- By email, to the address email@example.com, providing the same documentation as by mail.
You are also informed of your right to file a claim with the Spanish Agency for Data Protection.
Accuracy of the data
The users are responsible for the veracity of their data, committing themselves not to introduce false data and to proceed to modify it if necessary.
The Service Provider ensures absolute confidentiality and privacy of the personal data collected and, therefore, technical and organizational security measures have been taken to prevent alteration, loss, or unauthorized access and ensure its integrity and security.
The Service Provider will not be responsible, in any case, for any incidents that may arise around personal data when they are derived, either from an attack or unauthorized access to systems that is impossible to detect by the measures of security implemented, either when it is due to a lack of diligence of the Users in terms of guarding and keeping their access codes or their own personal data.
